The service

ParcelTrack PK shows parcel tracking information that it fetches live from courier companies' public tracking systems (Leopards, TCS, PostEx, Trax, M&P). We present this information for your convenience. ParcelTrack PK is independent and is not affiliated with any courier company.

Accuracy

Tracking data comes from the couriers' systems. If a courier's system is down, delayed or shows wrong information, our display will reflect that. For official records, bookings, claims and complaints, the courier company's own system is final.

Accounts

• One account is for one person on one phone. Accounts are locked to the device used at first login; sharing an account may lead to it being blocked without refund.
• New accounts receive a 3-day free trial. Continued use needs an active subscription, activated after payment is received.
• There is a fair-use daily limit on the number of different parcels checked per day (shown in the service). Re-checking the same parcel is unlimited.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.

Payments & refunds

Subscriptions are prepaid for the period activated. If we are unable to provide the service for a paid period because of a fault on our side, we will extend your access or refund the unused part — contact us on WhatsApp (see Contact).

Changes

We may improve or change features. If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page.
